[fixed] No 'live' changes while editing theme

While editing my custom theme, there is no longer live changes. I have to save and exit and reopen or just save/preview in order to see changes. Been this way for a while.

Almost any change you make to your customization should be visible while still in the customization screen.

To be clear, the process of customization is still the same. Publish for live, save (stores changes until published) or discard (restore to published view). The issue is that 'live' changes are not happening. I can attempt to edit my theme's font or background color and there are no changes. Nothing. Previously, the changes could be seen instantly while playing around with a custom theme. If it helps, I can record a screenshot video...

This issue hasn't been resolved. I tried in both Firefox and Chrome. None of the changes are instantly viewable as before in the 'edit theme' (using Firefox or Chrome) unless I exit out of 'edit theme' and reopen 'edit theme' or save and publish the site.
