Hi Y'all,

A few images from my last Africa trip. Many thanks to Andy Williams and the good folks at http://muenchworkshops.com/ for another incredible adventure.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Well, Harry, of course I like all of them, but my favorites are #2 and the last one--you got both ends of the spectrum of lion personality for sure. The first one is sweet and loving, and the last, as Stumblebum so well said, is definitely the last thing you see before you get eaten. And I love the Zebra shot for the perfect way they lined up--all those stripes make such a striking image in black and white. I'm starting to almost wish you lived in Africa and could post more. ALMOST. Glad you had such a great adventure! Best, Pam thumb.gifclap.gifclapclap.gifclapclap.gifclapylsuper.gif

It was an incredible Safari. Harry, great photos as always. Thanks Harry (and Linda) for joining! I'm headed back in Feb 2015 for more of Tanzania (with 3 days prior in Kenya). Then, October it's Botswana and Namibia.... Africa calls.....

What a truly awesome set of images Harry. I particularly like all of the B&W images. The kissy face lionesses image really belies their potential ferocity (great and unusual capture as is the last one).

Thanks Jack. I have found that my Africa captures to be prime candidates for B&W conversions.

Number 2 is my favorite. We have had 5 domestic Siamese cats over the last xx years and that shot reminds of them - well sort of!
