Slideshow on homepage stopped working

Am I the only person having a problem with their slide show on their homepage not working? No pictures appear, nothing. When I click the customize link on the homepage it does nothing either. Am I alone on this?

    I'm sorry for your frustration! It doesn't look like this is a sitewide issue. Please try clearing your browser's cache, then close your browser and start again. Here's help: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Thanks for the response Amanda. Unfortunately that did absolutely nothing. I use Firefox 29, but also tested it in IE 11 and they both act the same way. Neither will display the slide show. The only thing I can think of is they blew away my slideshow when they did their maintenance. GRRRRRRR

    Did you ever get it working? I have the same problem in IE 10. Just get blank Smug screen when you click slideshow.

    Are you on legacy or new smugmug?
    What is the link to your site?
    Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

    Believe I have cleared cache a number of times in the past, with no success.
    Everything works in Chrome but not IE. None of my vids play in IE either. Am sure all will be OK on your IE. Must be something in this machine. All updated, i7 CPU, 16 Gigs RAM, Win 8, IE10.
    Doubt if there is a solution but there have been a few others out there that have had same issue so it is rare but not totally isolated

    Definitely not your cache, I tried to view your site and the slideshows don't work both in ie and firefox. Afraid I don't have a solution but thought you'd appreciate the confirmation.

    the slideshow works fine for me in IE9 on Win7 and in IE10 on Win8.
