I buy last week Canon MP E-65. This is the first shots of my new lens. I think good shots but as though light not good

as for the light ; most of it can be corrected with a good image-editor , or with Lightroom

Excellent start with the MPE. I've only every briefly used one out in the field and failed miserably. I'm sure I'll come back to it one day

Looks one a good start. Horsefly portrait my favorite.
Lighting takes long time to work out .
Composition & shooting angle makes a difference especially with higher magnification shooting .
