her back toe is not touching the top of the door frame! horrible posing! lol
I thought for a quick second that the image would be that much better if her toe and doorway made contact... I probably would have ps'ed it just for kicks to see how it looked. lol!
Going with Hack. Nothing to choose between the two. Treatments on both are exquisite and she is, of course, a hallucination. Nobody can do that stuff for real.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate your comments.
Yes Nell is a beautiful dancer, very graceful and flexible. I have shot in that doorway before but with Nell special images were the result.
It's interesting you say this because with anything longer than 85mm, if shutter is not at or above 1/200 for me, I end up with more blurry shots that sharp ones. I've learned the hard way to shoot at higher shutters because of this. This is especially the case when shooting towards the wide open side.
I absolutely love these photos! However, I'm torn. I can't tell if it is the great job you did photographically, or if it's the smokin' hot ballerina. Together, these are awesome!

The top one got lucky...amazing beautiful dancer. She said what if we did some silhouettes in this door and she did this.....then in post from the silhouette I hit auto on the exposure and it did this. Saved it.

Why did you elect to go for the 1/250s and 6400 ISO instead of reducing the shutter speed and using a lower ISO?

I guess I lack steady hands. Not sure.

It makes sense, though.
one of the guys I've shot with is a marksman and his lowest speed is 1/60th wide open
