Tabbed Page doing help please?

Good day, I used the tabbed coding from http://www.sherlockphotography.org/Customisations. I sent a note to the page owner but I am hoping some of you may be able to assist me with adding breaks to the html code. In addition I would like to increase the font size in my tabs but I can't figure that out either. I am new to html/css coding so I'm having trouble placing a break in between sentences. The page in question looks like this below screenshot. As you can see there isn't space in between the lines of font.

I want it to look more like this below with line breaks and bold font. The only way I was able to put breaks in between is with a punctuation period symbol.

I cannot assist with the code to change the font size, but to add spacing between paragraphs, you can use:


between the paragraphs.
Each
is a single line space. Add as many together as you wish.
