PMW-300 and PMW-400 firmware update
The Sony PMW-300 and PMW-400 camcorders, from the Sony Professional line, get a firmware upgrade to allow 1080x1920 HD I-frame in Sony's XAVC codec (10-bit, 4:2:2 sampling) 100 Mbit/s.
The previous best rate was 1080x1920 HD 422 mode: CBR, 50 Mbps, MPEG-2 422P@HL.
I think that the following is a pretty good place to look for the firmware downloads:
