    I have to strain my eyes to figure this one out....bit too many effects going on...other than futuristic sky line, there is super heavy vignetting and streak of light shooting through...and some sunset colors....but lights in the buildings are dimmed out........IMO effects are taking away from overall beauty of the subject.
