Watermarks

Hello,
I'm having trouble changing my watermark on a gallery, it is a pain in the butt to change them, I applied a new watermark to all the pictures in the gallery and now there is no water mark at all. I need to send the link to my galleries by tomorrow and can't figure it out. I would appreciate if you guys can help me or guide me to get it fixed.
