Help creating site

Are there very basic instructional videos or articles someplace for someone getting started?

I have had my account for over a year, but I have never got my site up because I can't figure it out. I even tried hiring people, but no one ever got back to me, so I am forging ahead on my own.

I am looking for basic instructions on how to make an 5 page site with an ordering gallery for my clients. Any help would be very much appreciated.
