Gallery Header: Remove or Reduce

Hey all,
Need some help customizing my page. I can't seem to get rid of the blank space above my Portfolio gallery. I want to reduce it down to 6px. I think it's 48px right now but I can't seem to find where to tweak that and not sure if it needs custom CSS. Looks like the class is sm-gallery-header but not sure.
