Putting in keywords etc

Hi,
I used to be able to go to "organise", then click on "edit" to add my keywords. This would then show all photos with two boxes on the right hand side which enabled me to add keywords and comments to any photos.
Suddenly, something has changed. Now when I click on "organise' all the photos come up as little icons but the edit button is grayed out. I have to click on any photos I want to add keywords to before the edit button becomes active.
Have I inadvertently changed a setting somehow.

SM removed that tool. They are working on a replacement system.
In the meantime you can again access it via a Chrome extension.

In the Chrome extension, you have the option of using either the original SM Legacy tool you remember, or using Nicholas' replacement tool (because eventually Legacy as it is in the old form will go away permanently). Nicholas' tool is great.
