Can't Move Pics to Another Gallery

For some reason the move to another gallery function is not working. Is this a known issue?

    Hiya ,
    Yep, we're sorry, this is a known Legacy SmugMug issue. It appears that only photos modified in 2011, or earlier are having this issue. Until we get it fixed, we'd suggest rotating the photo, or photos. Or using another tool that will cause the file to update the date modified. This will then allow you to move those photos.

    WOW! That's disappointing. I have, at least, a thousand pics to move to different galleries. Is someone actively working on this issue?
