Anyone using this combination and if so how do you feel about its auto focusing capacity?
I shoot mainly wildlife and have that same Sigma lens on my Canon 7D and love it. However before buying it for my Nikon I wanted to get some opinions from those who use or have used the combination on their Nikon D7100.
Any input will be appreciated.

Thank you,

I've used the lens on a D5000 and a D7000. AF works better with the stabilization turned off.

I've used this combination several times and was very pleased with the results. I reluctantly sold the lens recently to raise funds for a Nikon 300mm f4, which is better, IMHO, for birding.
