I do B&W work which helps a lot, it's not a concert but the show I posted recently is pretty much the same thing in terms of shooting since it had changing/low light just the performers moved around a good bit more than most musicians (I also started off shooting concerts back in 2005):
Those were shot with a D700 & D7100 at ISO 3,200-12,800. I have to say at least for B&W 3,200-6,400 is where I like to keep it and I'll use a bit smaller aperture or higher shutter speed VS lowering the ISO since I have the quality and it'll help minor focus misses/motion blur (both of which are 2 things you'll be contesting with).
Also shoot manual, use spot metering, and check your histogram if the lighting is relatively stable you'll be able to set it and go until that changes which is a big help. And after awhile you'll be able to just judge how many stops a change of lighting was.
