scroll bar problem?

Hi
I am currently trying to create my smug mug page - slowly coming together! - but come across an issue tonight...my page is at: http://www.steveallen.photography/
The issue is that, though it would appear I do not need it, the page opens with a r/h scroll bar which if you go down to the footer is where the 'powered by smugmug/login' element sits. However if you then scroll back to the top of the page, the menu/logo content on the lefthand side does not go all the way back up, cutting of my logo etc
any ideas?:scratch
