Need Help with Blog Customization

I need help please! Smugmug support directed me to this forum. I am trying to make my "blog" look more like an actual wordpress blog while still keeping it within the same site and design. I just redid all of my blog entries http://brittseye.com/blog, so how can the most recent post be shown in full, with the others on a second page or in the grid format? It just looks funny to me like this, and I am out of ideas. My original blog site is http://www.brittseye.com/EdmondOkPhotography. I want to essentially keep the same format, but have a different url for each post.

The two blog links you included in your post look identical to me.

If you want a different URL for each post you might consider creating a page for each post and using a top level folder to contain all of the blog "pages". That is essentially what is documented here - http://school.smugmug.com/SmugMug-Tips/How-to-Make-a-Photo-Blog.
