Apps for Android and Ipad

Since SmugMug works so great on mobile phones,does anyone know what I would need to do to create a simple app for androids and/or Ipads, so I can place an icon on smartphones, and people would click on the icon and go straight to my SmugMug site? Is there a website out there, that has the coding and the instructions for building a simple app like that, where all I would have to do is paste in my icon, and put in the URL for my SmugMug site?
