I've lost some some blocs on main page today during customization. Can i restore site which was one day ago? Thank you

I'm not aware of any restore capability in smug if you published the changes. If you just did a save for later you should be able to revert your changes.

For the future, you want to start using thenickdude's Chrome Extension to create a backup of your site. See http://www.sherlockphotography.org/Customisations/SmugMug-for-Chrome/Backup.
