Change Homepage Layout

My homepage shows folders and galleries. The folders show first followed by the galleries. I would like the galleries to show first, but I cannot figure out how to reverse them. Probably hidden in plain sight, but I cannot figure it out.

Instead of a folders & galleries block have you considered dragging the blocks to your homepage separately? First drag a galleries block, then drag a folders block.
