How can I customize the contact page?

I'd like to customize the contact page by adding a few textfields such as where the client would like to meet, their contact number, how they found me, etc. I can't seem to figure it out.

As far as I know you can't customize the smug contact form.

You might consider using a Wufoo form. Define it, then use a Services content block to place it on your site.

I created a form on wufoo but in the Services content block section I only see Google Calendar and Adsense. There's nothing that allows me to add the Wufoo form.

Is there a way to add a Google doc form?

That's odd - I see Wufoo form in between Google Calendar and Adsense.

You can only add forms supported directly by a content block. Google docs are not included, only wufoo forms.

Try clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser.
