Dina Sidebar Height

Hey guys and girls, I did a search but didn't find this problem come up.

I'm using the Dina theme. I got it looking just right but I was wondering if there is a way to stop it from scrolling up when getting to the bottom of the content section. IE: making the leftside nav bar fixed. Do note I have some sublinks and using the accordian setting.

I'm also noticing on some browsers that the sidebar height doesn't fit the whole screen vertically. It's like it's compensating for the footer which from what I can tell can't be added to the homepage. Is there a CSS fix for this?

Any help would be awesome. Thanks so much,

Um, anyone have any advice on this? Just looking to make the left sidebar fill the whole height of the page.

I'm not seeing a problem using my old XP with Firefox. Can you post a Print Screen?

Here's a screen capture of Firefox on Windows 7. Looks the same in Chrome too. I'm sure it has to do with the footer somehow but ...

Okay weird. I found the css code to minimize the space in my accordion menu and now it looks fine.
