Add a class name in the <body> classes for each page type, i.e. folder, page, gallery style,
unlisted gallery, passworded gallery.
This is especially needed so CSS can target the type of page in bulk rather then making each
gallery/folder/page custom.
Example that just came up in the forums is the "Top of Page" div. This individual wanted it to show only
on the college landscape style pages.
BTW, legacy had classes assigned for each gallery style.
