Scrollbar on bottom section of lightbox

Hiya everyone,
Is there any way to remove the scrollbar that shows up when viewing the lightbox from the link below. It's on the bottom toward the right side and doesn't look very good. I'm using the Jasper theme for my site. Thanks!

Try the CSS from this post. I placed it in the CSS for my theme.

I added that code (using WD tool) and notice when I hover and the caption pops up that the scroll bar appears for an instant then disappears.

If I remove the 2nd CSS line the scroll bar never shows up.
