Hide or Remove the Menu from Buy Button in Lightbox

I would like to either be able to remove the menu from the Buy button in the lightbox, so that if you click on the button the photo is immediately added to the cart. Or if that won't work, is there a way to block the rest of the menu items other than "This Photo"? Thank you.
