Wufoo form - behavior for paid versions

I have the free version of Wufoo
When I use the form there is a 'prepared by wufoo' ad
I understand I am using the free version...

However, for paid version of Wufoo forms, does the ad go away ?
(just prefer not to buy a month to find out!)

I would like to find the people complete the form, send it, get the confirmation text, no ad, and then they are still on my site... this would be a good thing, I think.

I just did a search on Wufoo's site to find the answer to your question.

The Wufoo ad and link shown on the confirmation page, notification emails and confirmation emails are only shown on free accounts. Wufoo will remove these links if you upgrade to any paid plan.

I have found that Smugmug is the most easily customizable of other similar sites. Both the ease in finding options (like sharing) and in adding custom content. Digging through posts here, I have found some really great HTML stuff. A fellow in New Zealand has been a wonder.
