avatar issues

Anyone else having issues changing their avatar? I just wanted to change out of my santa hat, back to my old avatar, and it won't work. When I put in the URL of the same image I used to use, it says "invalid URL".

    yup, it works.

    I fixed ya. You have to upload it, not link it. Dunno why the linking doesn't work, I'll ask Baldy when I get the chance.

    I don't know why. I looked in two locations and everything I can access is on, but no reference to linking of avatars. ne_nau.gif

    It appears to do nothing but grab your avatar from your website, and put it on our server. So, uploading it does the same thing.
