Any suggestions on how best to include a Yelp button/link on a menu navigation bar?

You could use the custom link under the social icons. Or you could add the link yourself using an html content block.

Hi - you can also design a badge and replace the custom link using the advance CSS.
Example :
http://www.jakigoodmiller.com/Art/Home

If you look at the footer all of the buttons are designed (40x40 png images).
The Advanced CSS is used to replace the current badges with the newly designed badges.
