Menu bar not working in Chrome

When on Google Chrome, the menu bar on the home page will not respond at all (not clickable). http://www.lightcapturephotography.com/

When you click on an actual photo on the page, you can then get to the gallery and then navigate around, but not from the menu at the top.

Clients cannot navigate through the site at all. Help!
