Parents need to teach their young ones that you look before crossing the street and not after. :rofl
Our neighborhood had lots of deer last year, but after last winter we have much fewer. In a way that is good, because my wife's flower garden is not getting eaten, but still it was hard on the deer. The doe in this photo was very thin this Spring.
