Speckled eyed dronefly

Only the second time I've seen one of these and this turned out to be the other of the the 2 species in the UK so a new one for me. Eristalinus sepulchralis feeding on marguerite.

Congrats Brian. Always wondered why only 2 species of these.
This is the one I see mostly on coastal paths
