Western Meadowlark on Pawnee National Grasslands

Went out to the Pawnee National Grasslands last week and was looking for some burrowing owls. No luck on the owls, but was able to capture this Western Meadowlark with its meal.

That's funny, when I go looking for Burrowing Owls I come home with Eastern Meadowlarks. Nice shot.
