My navigation (link to site)will not work on other than a pc, wont work on my (droid) phone, or ipad.

Anyone here be able to help with that issue?

Also, one page that I had to re-add at the wifes request used to look good but with the new SM and the new SM journal, it looks sucky.

I want the one image, and the text obviously below it in a nicely formatted way - wide enough to make it easy to read but not so wide that you get neck injuries reading it. I liked the old journal style. NEWER ISNT ALWAYS BETTER.

link to the page im referring to. I know its probably something simple but i am not a coder.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

    Hi DJKennedy,

It seems like what you are after in this given case may be best handled by creating a Page for this. Once you create the Page you can go to the Page and click: Customize > Customize Site > This Page Only. You can then add a Single Photo Content Block along with a Text Block to show your image and tell your story. This will display with more flexibility as I think you are looking for.

The image is not going to display larger in any case, unless you upload a larger image the Original is 320x240 pixels at this time.

When using a mobile device to access your menu, you will need to make sure that you click on the "+" sign in order to see the drop down. Clicking on the word "Galleries" will bring you back to your homepage.

yes, clicking on the '+' gets me the list of galleries (sorry im mislead you somewhat earlier, using wrong wording) - but when i click on another gallery - say 'black and white' - thre needs to be another drop down of choices, there should be IR, digital bw, film bw, pinhole...but nothing happens (same with any other drop down, if there is another choice to be made i get nothing)

At this time, the mobile site only supports one level of drop down. On an iPad, you are getting a larger view, similar to the normal site, so you are able to see the entire navigation menu. The mobile view will kick in on a screen size just under a standard iPad.

ive had lots of suggestions, comments - zero of which have been implemented, or returned. Its honestly like Sm simply does not care. Ive been waiting since the change to the new sm for the return of features we already had before - lots of your paying customers are still waiting for this to happen.

and you know what? very very little - if ever - response from sm.

sm doesnt care about their customers. if they did, this thread wouldnt be here because an issue ive had for a few years now would have been fixed a few years ago.

i honestly dont know why i keep dealing with sm. i used to be 100% happy with sm, i used to tell people about sm and how great it is - not any more.

I went back and looked at your site and just noticed your links in your menu need some tweaking and some are blank for example when I click on:

"Friends and Family (new)" you have it set to custom URL but then the box for the URL is blank.

What you can do is have "Family and Friends" be a page or folder, something that then has the other submenu items under it. The same applies for your "Airplane" link.

So you could create a Friends and Family folder with the gallery in there or a Friends and Family page with the galleries there. It solves the problem and doesn't have a broken menu.

If you do the page route you could add a galleries content block with "Galleries I choose" with the sub menu items listed. It won't be exactly what you wanted (a second layer menu) but it will give the same effect.
