Cant delete photos

I have a gallery in which the last two photos currently in the gallery are duplicates. I can't delete them; the options to delete are greyed out. Nor can I delete the photos that are at the beginning of the gallery; the ones duplicated. I can hide them, but how ca I get rid of the duplicates?

Are they collected from somewhere else?
Maybe smart gallery sucking same photo from two different places because each uses the same keyword?

I just looked at that gallery and do not see the duplicates you are referring to. Did you get them removed already from the help that Allen gave you?
