Got lucky with a Butterfly. Never had one stay for more than a second. Not sure what it is though. All helpful pointers and criticism is cherished! Below are my attempts:

Luminance in the colors ( last 3 images )
Reducing flash may help on this too

Thanks Bas! I mellowed it out both on flash and in post, but I know that was not enough and will account for it! Can't say thanks enough!
