Thanks a bunch for this. Have you done a follow-up on ways to customize the form? I’m lost on how to get sizing right. I have a big white box (full width) but when typing address in it, font is too small for the height of the box and the text disappears behind more white. https://creativeoutbursts.smugmug.com/Newsletter
