Just love this set, and if I had to make a choice then it would be pic 1. Love the playful expression (wink) of the model. That just does it.

    Thanks again D3.

We have 3 other pinup sets planned for fall. One with an Edsel, one in an old style luncheonette and one in the Victorian suite we used here http://bilsen.zenfolio.com/downton2

Anylza researches the hell out of a concept and is my maniac creative partner in BilCyn Images (along with Cyndi of course).

    Nice images. Well shot.

Think the pin up "treatment" ie post work in 5, could use some work though.

Good set. Her costume and poses are great, and your photography of her is great. This is another one where, when you mention 40's-50's concept the background takes me out of that mindset. This is almost great to me but the background would have been better off with a more grunge/modern costume than retro 40's or find a location that was actually built in the 40's or 50's.

That's a great set, can't wait to see the rest of them....

But for a 40's/50's shot you need to have a 48 star flag. deal.gif

    Oh and...

I think I'd like to see more girl, less bike. You started in that direction in number 7.

Thanks guys. Anylza has been crazed to do pinup for a while so I'm glad we got started for her. Now we need to get the Edsel shoot done before the cold hits. It's a bit scary that the trees are already turning in NY in AUGUST.eek7.gif

Jon, thanks as always. That's a way better review than I usually get from you. rolleyes1.gif
I will tell you that building dates to the 20s actually. It was a former distillery for Fleischman's. That said, I admit it looks in much better shape than we might otherwise want. There are two other sets in this shoot so lets see if you like those better. I think you're gonna LOVE when we get to the old 50s style luncheonette later this fall.

Bryce, your inner dog is coming out. mwink.gif That treatment in # 5 was my first attempt at PP to the pinup style (at least without a white seamless BKG) so we agree I need to experiment some more.
