Found this Steatoda sp. spider when I was cleaning out a bird nesting box. It immediately went into a defensive position and stayed like it whilst I was shooting it.
All shots focus stacked using zerene.

Phil - think the spider was most afraid judging by it's behaviour. I get lots of these in the garden but never been bitten by one.
