i need to cancel an order

I have had a client order a print because i forgot to turn off the shopping cart. Its a very low res watermarked version so i need to either cancel or replace with the original. Proof delay was off at the time..

I've Held the most recent order on your account. Please email the Heroes directly, so we can confirm it's the correct Order (#4689181), and proceed with the cancellation.

Going forward, please do not post on dgrin about cancelling Orders. Email us - we'll have a much higher likelihood of catching it in time.

thanks its the only order ive put through for months as i only use as a show case now but this time i forgot to turn off the sales cart

* And just to clarify - we require an email for cancellations, to verify it's coming from a legitimate party (i.e. the photographer or customer). Protects everyone :-)
