Failed password attempt help

I wonder if the good people here can help me with the following issue:
on the "new" SmugMug when users log-in to a password protected gallery and get the password wrong a number of times - I get an e-mail from SmugMug notifying me of the failed attempts, but my clients are not able to contact me requesting the password ?!?
with the "legacy" SmugMug my clients had the option to e-mail me directly to get their forgotten password.
What modification do I have to make to give my clients the functionality to contact me requesting a password?
your help is much appreciated.

In new SmugMug you can customize the password page. To do this go to http://www.mocphoto.com/password and click Customize > Customize Site. Then, you can drag and drop a content block, for example a Text block on to the page. In the block you could write something like, "Forgot your gallery password? Email me at example@example.com for a reminder."

I hope this helps. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, we are always happy to help.
