Not sure what the crop is - it may be soybean, checking on it.

Fairly early morning shot, for me at least. Hand held.

I hope to capture it using a tripod and blend multi exposed layers - haven't tried that.

Comments and criticism most appreciated.

    Love the light!! Scene is lovely as well! The glowing yellow flowers are making the shot! Wish the tree trunk was higher than the bushes in background. Nice capture Phil!

    I like the idea of the trunk being higher. I hope to try that again. Was thinking about changing POV with the crops comprising 2/3rds of the shot and sky 1/3rd, versus the opposite as it is now.

    Here is how I processed this shot:
    1. LR - normal stuff, plus increased saturation and luminance for yellow, and blue.
    2. Then in PS edited Levels for yellow foreground and separately for the sky.
    3. Also changed levels selectively for the right side of the big tree.
