Client Image Download

I have a gallery of images taken at a family event (i.e. this was not a paid gig). How do I make the images downloaded to my family? I see the download button when I am logged-in, but anyone else can not see it. I knew how to do this in the old version, but can't figure it out in the new version.

With New SmguMug you can allow free downloads of your images, either individually or whole galleries:
