I like it too - the only thing that I would comment on is the gal on the right. She's not as blurry as the cooks and is the only other thing not in sharp focus other than the cooks. I would crop the right side to exclude her giving more meaning to the action of the cooks.
Ahh.. very nice action blur shot. I'm thinking maybe a coffee cup or something on the counter would fill up the right hand side a little. Regardless, very nice.
