In summer when days are long, one can get out of work, and then find local spots to catch last rays of the sun! Below are my attempts.

    All nice, but I like #'s 2 & 3 the best. Good work.

    Great body of work, Taz. clap.gif I particularly like #3 and #5 but they're all really good. Hell, I even like the B&W one.:D

    Even before I read the comments I had chosen #3. I do like the colors in #2 though. thumb.gif

    I, also, favor 3, but 4 is pretty darn good as well.

    Both 3 and 4 are great, graphical images of depth. Well done!! Very well done indeed!

    Great set of images. 1,3,5 and #6 is a bonus. I really like that you included that small copse of trees in the foreground of #6 thumb.gifthumb

    They're all very well done, but I particularly like 2 and 3. If 3 were mine, I'd consider cropping out the little clouds at the top. You've got a gradual fade going that I like a lot, and the clouds apply the brakes to it for me. But that's picking a miniature nit. I like it very much as is.

    All are great Taz, but #3 & #5 are keepers for sure. I like the bw too, except I think the sky is rendered too dark maybe? For me, it takes away the depth.

    I am admire your photos and this set is excellent.

    I count 10 layers in number 3 - I wouldn't have never guessed that it was possible.

    Great stuff! Really like 3 & 4 here... love the sunset color in 5 as well, just wish the foreground wasn't so dark... unavoidable I know, but.... I feel #4 is the winner here....

    Thanks Mike! It is 'Anderson Lake' near Morgan Hill. Rest are from the Russian Ridge Open Space preserve, near Redwood City. There are multiple POVs around 'Anderson Lake' and since it is inland it is fog free. Russian Ridge however is a gamble. Fog can rush it at any time. Looking forward to see more of your shots!
