Think this is the Sarcophagid fly Amobia signata. They are kleptoparasites of solitary bees and wasps. This one was following a potter wasp around. Every time the potter wasp stopped to investigate something, the fly would land a couple of inches away carefully watching it.
Flat footed flies Platypezidae.
A posing dolichopid fly.
Dance fly
Cross-eye stereogram
Muscid fly - Limnophora riparia
