This looks more like a exercise class to me . The background commands too much attention and the photo does not appear to have anything to anchor my eye and is a bit busy.IMHO

Or maybe try some other technique with some motion blur at a slow shutter speed and keep the background sharp?

I agree a bit with lensmole on the composition - the scene has potential though... people having fun!
