I have enabled a Personal Photo License in the active pricelist of my Portfolio account. There is one item (Printmarked gallery, websize, 640x480 .3MB) for sale. I see this when logged in, but when logged out, it is not visible.

A client (who wants to buy a digital copy) confirms this behavior.

What am I doing wrong.

ps, I have a watermark active, and backprinting set up, but no PrintMarks set up

HELP!

The printmark has to be set up and enabled in order to be applied, and available for purchase. :)
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Samuel, I'm still having problems.

In my Active Priclist, I have five categories of Prints, two for Cards and under Downloads-Personal Photo License 1 product available for sale. A web sized Printmarked Gallery is listed for $1.99.

Under Business>Branding>Printing I have one Printmark listed. When I click Manage, I can see it superimposed on sample imgages. What else can I be missing?

    Hello again Dave,

Printmark looks good. Just make sure that you've enabled the printmark from your Gallery Settings> Shopping section.

I now see the option for Buy Gallery Download. It seems to give the buyer the option to turn On/Off the Printmark. Is that right? What's the point of that?

Also, what exactly a Gallery Download? A copy of every photo in the gallery? I have 1000 photos of competitors from a recent triathlon. I don't think they'll want small files of every other athlete. Am wrong?

That's correct, Gallery Downloads are the price you set for the whole gallery.
If you'd prefer to offer Single Downloads, you can add those to your Pricelist.
    Here's some tips:
    http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93346

When the customer selects the Buy> Gallery Download option, the Buy Gallery Download window will show that the files are Printmarked.
There is an ON/ OFF present, however, it cannot be toggled by the customer to disable the Printmark.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
