Frustrating, I missed the focus on the eyes but I still like the image.

    Wonderful captures Ian. Your 2nd hoverfly is Didea fasciata a fairly rare find in my garden.

    Haha Thank you SB, very kind of you to say. I've learned so much from Brian and Paul and many others over the years so I owe a lot of thanks to those guys too.
