    All superb shots Brian. Like the Snail Eyes shot (just above the springtails) :)

    How on earth do you get a Wolf spider to sit still for more than half a second?

    Thanks for the comments Ian and SB - appreciated :)

    Ian re the wolf spider just waited until it settled under a glass. The flash then seems to keep them in one place even if they show signs of worry (the leg cleaning).
