I've seriously been neglecting you guys. Have no real excuses. Just too lazy to post and haven't done much of anything worthy of the People forum. :dunno I do snoop around though to make sure you guys are behaving. :D

Fun stuff has picked up in the last couple of weeks. I did commercial/print head shots for this little dude over the weekend. These are not completely edited. Just the batch edit to the proofs. Mom and agent still need to go through and select the ones they want but these are my favorites. :thumb

    4 - light too low
    5,6 - I personally don't care for the highlight on camera left; ymmv

    You're too nice Diva :curtsey And these kids keep finding me. I actually dig shooting them. Its a lot of fun.

    I can't disagree completely with your nits. Although I do pay close attention to my lighting, I like to let the kids be themselves. This means they move. Around. A lot. And my lights don't move with them. rolleyes1.gif

    I had so many keepers from the session though. I feel sorry for the parents and the kids agent. Not sure how they're going to choose just 8. Hopefully they won't and I will have to pay me for more retouches. deal.gif

    These are wonderful! I liked 3, 6 and 8 in particular--mostly because I was looking at his capacity for expression. The lighting on 6 might be a bit off, as Diva says, but that expression tells me that the kid has some range, so I'd pick it along with the other, happier, shots.
